A Declaration explores the text of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Communist Manifesto through the reordering of words in the texts based on number of instances. Words are then assigned colors based on order of appearance in the new text, then translated to a musical score. The Constitution and Declaration are played by one 'hand', the Communist Manifesto by the other. Realized through midi output.

Reordered text (as spoken by a text to speech generator) can be heard as 'A Spoken Declaration'.
